Project Overview
A conversion-focused website and full local-search stack for a premium NYC dry cleaner. We built a fast mobile-first site with online scheduling, optimized their Google Business Profile to dominate "dry cleaners near me," and layered in local schema and answer-first content so MD Cleaners shows up in both the map pack and AI answer engines.

The Challenge
MD Cleaners was an established neighborhood business with almost no digital footprint — no website, an unoptimized Google Business Profile, and no way to capture the steady stream of "dry cleaners near me" searches happening on phones a few blocks away. They were losing scheduled pickups to larger chains with bigger ad budgets and better local visibility.
Our Solution
We designed a fast, mobile-first site with dedicated service pages (wash & fold, alterations, pickup & delivery), one-tap online scheduling, and a GBP optimization pass: category tuning, keyworded description, a fresh photo set Google's Vision AI can read, and a review-request workflow to build review velocity. We implemented LocalBusiness + Service + FAQ schema so the business is machine-readable for both Google's map pack and generative engines, and restructured the service copy to be answer-first for "near me" queries.
The Result
The measured result is stronger Google search visibility across equal reporting windows. The verified section below reports only the supported visibility, click, and position improvements; pickup bookings, revenue, map-pack position, and AI-answer inclusion require separate source records.
